A full-circle moment on Route 9

Kimberly Tousey returns to the historic Tousey property with a fresh vision for one of the Hudson Valley's favorite gathering places. Tousey NY is a welcoming destination where handcrafted cocktails, thoughtfully prepared food, beer and cider, curated wines, and genuine hospitality come together.

Inspired by the Hudson Valley's farms and makers, we feature seasonal ingredients, carefully selected products, including Ray Tousey's honey, and a subtle nod to Kimberly's Danish heritage throughout the menu. Whether you're joining us for Sunday brunch, music on the lawn, cocktails on the patio, or an evening with friends, we look forward to welcoming you.
